Maureen ,Michael,Catherine and Tony[Anthony] .
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Barry. Our friendship goes back to Thomastown when living two stab kicks away from each other, and realising we had played football in opposing sides, to then later playing together at Reservoir in the 1975 Premiership team. A funny orator at Bingo in the Thomastown Hotel when calling.
The last time our paths crossed was at an R.F.C. Premiership celebration a few years ago. Same Barry, not too serious and we shared many laughs. Proud to call him a friend and sporting mate.

Dear Wasley Family,
I was so pleased to be able to share this sad occasion with you all. The ceremony was a wonderful tribute to Barry and I think he would have enjoyed it. I learnt a lot about his young life and his love of sport. I remember him as a very friendly person and very easy to talk to. He will be missed.
Love,
Joan

Sincere condolences to all the family. Ian was at Eltham High School with Barry, and played footy with him in both junior and senior EHS footy teams 1956 and 1958. Also played against him in the DVFL. Nola's brother Bob Willis also played for Greensborough FC. We caught up with him at Tamworth in 2000, and have been in contact ever since. A great bloke who will be sadly missed.

Barry you will be sadly missed ,and especially see you over at the shops and walking through the car park you always gave a smile and a wave. RIP

Condolences to the Wasley family. Barry was a Mt Evelyn Football Club and Reservoir Football Club legend. I played with Barry and his brother Bob in my first season at Mt Evelyn in 1973. It was great playing alongside Barry on the half-back line and I enjoyed his company off the field. Unfortunately it was just for one season but I have fond memories of that season.

Deepest sympathies to the Wasley Family,
Barry you sure were a larger than life character and someone who certainly enjoyed a good laugh and a beer or 2 after a round of golf.
You will certainly be remembered & missed by many members of Barwon Valley Golf Club as a genuine bloke, with a heart of gold R.I.P.

Our deepest sympathy to the entire Wasley and Clayton families. A privilege to know you. Always friendly and charming. A great story teller and clearly loved by family and beautiful grandchildren. A wonderful gardener as well.
